  • Website enquiry form: first name, last name, email address and your message.
  • Lead forms on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and LinkedIn: the details you choose to submit, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, city and your requirement or enquiry.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: your name, phone number, email address and anything you share in the conversation.
  • Business dealings: contact and billing details needed to prepare quotations, deliver projects and provide support.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent, referring website and approximate location.   • The information you submit is shared with ICA by Meta Platforms, Inc. or LinkedIn Corporation, as applicable, so that we can respond to you.
  • Some fields may be pre-filled from your Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn profile. You can review and edit them before submitting.
  • We use this information only to contact you about your enquiry and the products or services you showed interest in, and, where you agree, to send related updates.
  • We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the form you submitted.

We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to you and pursue the business relationship, and generally no longer than 3 years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for contracts, accounting or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including restricted access to lead data and password-protected systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
